Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said he will sue the CBI and ED officials for alleged perjury and filing false affidavits in courts.
This comes after CBI summoned the AAP leader in connection with the case. He has been asked to be present at the agency headquarters at 11 am to answer queries of the investigating team, officials said.
Reacting to Kejriwal's sue threat, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju asked if Kejriwal would file a case if the court convicts him.&nbsp;
"Forgot to mention that you will file a case against Honble court also if it convicts you. Let law takes its own course &amp; we must believe in rule of law," Rijiju wrote in a Twitter post.&nbsp;

Kejriwal reportedly added that religion is a private matter and everyone has the right to worship a god. He was campaigning in Jalandhar ahead of elections on February 20, results of which will be announced on March 10. To meet Delhi's growing demand the Ministry has directed NTPC&nbsp;and GAIL to give full availability. The minister however warned that if any discom is found to resort to load shedding despite being power available, action would be initiated against them.
